Is Factors Timing Overrated

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2020
In this paper we investigate two factor rotation approaches, performed directly on the MSCI smart beta indices that are Value, Quality, Momentum, Low Volatility and Size, over US and European Markets. Both approaches use the same indicators built on a macroeconomic signal (PMI), a market sentiment signal based on (VIX, credit spreads), and a momentum ...

Time as a factor in thrombolytic therapy

European Heart Journal, 1990
There is abundant evidence from angiographic studies that reperfusion and/or patency rates are greater when thrombolysis is initiated earlier. Evidence of a reduction in infarct size has been provided by a number of studies, which have also suggested that earlier therapy preserves left ventricular function.

Time‐Factor classification

Aslib Proceedings, 1975
Orthodox library classification and cataloguing imply continuing and indefinite expansion of libraries and their buildings. This is no longer feasible.
