Nitrogen-Doped TiO2 Nanotube Arrays with Enhanced Photoelectrochemical Property
N-doped TiO2 nanotube arrays were prepared by electrochemical anodization in glycerol electrolyte, followed by electrochemical deposition in NH4Cl solution. An orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the doping conditions.
