Large-scale sparse TiO2 nanotube arrays by anodization
Journal of Materials Chemistry, 2012Large-scale sparse TiO2 nanotube arrays (Sparse-TNTAs) are fabricated and the sparsity is controlled “from no tube to compact” by manipulating the dissolution etching effect of the electrolyte in the anodization.

Optical anisotropy in vertically oriented TiO2nanotube arrays
Nanotechnology, 2017Nanofabricated optically anisotropic uniaxial thin films with deep submicron feature sizes are emerging as potential platforms for low-loss all-dielectric metamaterials, and for Dyakonov surface wave-based subwavelength optical confinement and guiding at interfaces with isotropic media. In this context, we investigate the optical properties of one such

Enhanced hydrogen production on porous TiO2 nanotube arrays.
Journal of nanoscience and nanotechnology, 2010Well aligned TiO2 nanotube arrays have been synthesized via anodization in an NH4F and ethylene glycol electrolyte; the resulting carbon-entrained films were treated by oxygen and argon microwave plasma. It was found that as-prepared amorphous TiO2 nanotubes can be easily crystallized into anatase at temperature lower than 150 degrees C.
