2011Spermatogenesis is a complex process of cell proliferation and differentiation, sustained by a pool of stem cells in the testis. While our knowledge of spermatogenesis and the biology of spermatogonial stem cells is constantly increasing, it is still far from being complete, especially in the primate testis.
