An Injectable and Self‐Reinforced Piezoelectric Hydrogel for Irregular Bone Defects Regeneration: Dynamic Epigenetic Regulation Approach

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An injectable and self‐reinforcing RSF‐based piezoelectric hydrogel conforms to irregular bone defects and progressively strengthens in situ, overcoming the trade‐off between injectability and mechanical stability. Mechanical loading generates bioelectrical cues that promote P300‐mediated H3K9 acetylation and upregulate PTH1R expression, thereby ...

Morphology‐Defined Entropy Streams for Random‐Bit Generation and Probabilistic Sampling in Memristor Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Au nanoisland morphology defines stochastic high‐resistance‐state transport in Ag/TiO2 memristor arrays, transforming nanoscale structural disorder into a tunable physical entropy resource. Morphology‐controlled field hotspots and reset‐modulated nanogaps generate statistically validated random‐bit streams, which further serve as device‐derived ...

Receptor‐Triggered Peptide Self‐Assembly Enables Multivalent Recruitment of Endogenous Antibodies for Cancer Immunotherapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Receptor‐triggered supramolecular self‐assembly converts monovalent antibody‐recruiting molecules into multivalent platforms directly on cancer cell membranes. The resulting fibrillar assemblies present clustered haptens that efficiently recruit endogenous antibodies, enabling selective complement‐mediated immune killing of EGFR‐positive cancer cells ...

Decoding Biomolecular Phase Separation: From Physiological Roles to Pathological Mechanisms and Therapeutic Biomaterials Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review systematically elaborates on the mechanisms underlying physiological regulation and pathological dysregulation of biomolecular phase separation. It also summarizes advances in phase‑separation‑targeted therapeutic strategies and the design of functional biomaterials inspired by this process.

Unraveling the Effects of Depolarization in Ultrathin Barium Titanate

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This article employs synchrotron‐based spectroscopy, time‐resolved electrical measurements, and phase‐field simulations to establish reverse‐domain formation as the mechanism of polarization loss in ultrathin BaTiO3${\rm BaTiO}_3$ films as a critical obstacle to low‐voltage ferroelectric devices.

Yoda1‐Functionalized Nanozymes Coordinate Piezo1 Activation and Mitochondrial Protection to Reprogram the Diabetic Osteoimmune Micromilieu and Promote Vascularized Bone Repair

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Diabetic bone defects remain a critical clinical challenge. A 3D‐printed BCPG‐MF@Y scaffold, embedding Yoda1‐functionalized manganese dioxide‐ferritin nanozymes, scavenges mtROS, suppresses the cGAS–STING pathway, and reverses cellular senescence, while Yoda1 activates Piezo1 to direct BMSCs fate to synergistically reprogram the osteoimmune ...
