Monolithically integrated self-aligned SiN edge coupler with <0.6/0.8 dB TE/TM insertion loss, <-39 dB back reflection and >520 mW high-power handling capability

Optical Fiber Communication Conference (OFC) 2023, 2023
We experimentally demonstrated V-groove-based self-aligned SiN edge coupler (EC) on a monolithic CMOS-SiPh platform. <0.6/0.8 dB TE/TM SMF-EC transmission efficiency, in conjunction with <-39 dB back reflection and >520 mW power handling capability were achieved.

Mononuclear Lanthanide Single Molecule Magnets Based on the Polyoxometalates [Ln(W5O18)2]9− and [Ln(β2-SiW11O39)2]13−(LnIII = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb)

Inorganic Chemistry, 2009
The first two families of polyoxometalate-based single-molecule magnets (SMMs) are reported here. Compounds of the general formula [Ln(W(5)O(18))(2)](9-) (Ln(III) = Tb, Dy, Ho, and Er) and [Ln(SiW(11)O(39))(2)](13-) (Ln(III) = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, and Yb) have been magnetically characterized with static and dynamic measurements.

Expanding the World of Endohedral Fullerenes—The Tm3N@C2n (39≤n≤43) Clusterfullerene Family

Chemistry – A European Journal, 2004
AbstractA new family of endohedral fullerenes, based on an encaged trithulium nitride (Tm3N) cluster, was synthesised, isolated and characterised by HPLC, mass spectrometry, and visible‐NIR and FTIR spectroscopy. Tm3N clusterfullerenes with cages as small as C76 and as large as C88 were prepared and six of them were isolated.

Evaluation of recombinant hirudin (CGP 39 393/TM REVASC) in the prevention of restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty: Rationale and design of the HELVETICA trial, a multicentre randomized double blind heparin controlled study

European Heart Journal, 1995
One of the main areas of interest in interventional cardiology is the understanding, and ultimate prevention of restenosis after an initially successful percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. Restenosis is the recurrence of luminal narrowing following angioplasty, and still frustrates the late results in the treatment of angina pectoris ...
