Lattice Theory and Toeplitz Determinants

open access: yes, 2018
This is a survey of our recent joint investigations of lattices that are generated by finite Abelian groups. In the case of cyclic groups, the volume of a fundamental domain of such a lattice is a perturbed Toeplitz determinant with a simple Fisher–Hartwig symbol.

Third Hankel determinant for bounded turning functions of order alpha [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
The objective of this paper is to obtain an upper bound to the Third Hankel determinant denoted by H3(1) for certain subclass of univalent functions, using Toeplitz ...

Fourth Hankel and Toeplitz determinant estimates for certain analytic functions associated with Four Leaf function

open access: yesExtracta Mathematicae
The objective of this paper is to establish initial coefficient inequalities, Upper bounds to the Hankel and Toeplitz determinants for certain normalized univalent functions defined on the open unit disk D in the complex plane related to the analytic ...

Determinant Representations of Sequences: A Survey

open access: yesSpecial Matrices, 2014
This is a survey of recent results concerning (integer) matrices whose leading principal minors are well-known sequences such as Fibonacci, Lucas, Jacobsthal and Pell (sub)sequences. There are different ways for constructing such matrices.

Explicit determinants, inverses and eigenvalues of four band Toeplitz matrices with perturbed rows

open access: yesSpecial Matrices, 2019
In this paper, four-band Toeplitz matrices and four-band Hankel matrices of type I and type II with perturbed rows are introduced. Explicit determinants, inverses and eigenvalues for these matrices are derived by using a nice inverse formula of block ...

Toeplitz Determinants with One Fisher–Hartwig Singularity

open access: yesJournal of Functional Analysis, 1997
The authors study the asymptotic behaviour of the Toeplitz determinants \(T_n (c)\) as \(n\) tends to infinity in the case of symbols with one singularity. This symbol has a form \[ c(e^{i\theta} e^{i\theta}) \prod_{r}^R t_{\beta _r}\left( e^{i(\theta-i\theta _r)}\right) u_{\alpha _r}\left( e^{i(\theta-i\theta _r)}\right) \] where \(t_\beta \left (e^{i\

Applications of Babalola q-convolution operator on subclass of analytic functions

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications
In this study, we present a specific type of analytic functions called B γ ( q ) $\mathfrak{B}_{\gamma}(q)$ , characterized by the Babalola q-convolution operator.

Coefficient Bounds for New Subclass of Starlike Functions with Respect to Symmetric Points Associated with an Epicycloid

open access: yesMathematics
This paper presents a new subclass BSk−1* of starlike functions with respect to symmetric points associated with a domain bounded by an epicycloid with k−1 cusps.

Upper bound of second Hankel determinant for a new class of analytic functions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
In the present investigation an upper bound of second Hankel determinant ∣a2a4−a32∣ for functions belonging to the class Rγτ(A,B) is studied using Toeplitz ...
