Off-Line Coupling of High-Resolution Capillary Electrophoresis to MALDI-TOF and TOF/TOF MS
Journal of Proteome Research, 2002High-resolution capillary electrophoresis has been coupled to MALDI-TOF and TOF/TOF MS through off-line vacuum deposition onto standard stainless steel MALDI targets. This off-line approach allowed the decoupling of the separation from the MS analysis, thus allowing each to be independently optimized in terms of time.

TOF scatter estimation through TOF true distribution generation from non-TOF image reconstruction
IEEE Nuclear Science Symposuim & Medical Imaging Conference, 2010An alternate methodology to estimate TOF scatter distribution is proposed. The scatter estimation is obtained by subtracting attenuated TOF true coincidence event estimations from measured TOF prompt coincidence events, corrected for random events and normalization.

Energy loss of 40Ar in Au: Comparison of TOF-E and TOF–TOF method
Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section B: Beam Interactions with Materials and Atoms, 2005Abstract Energy loss of 40Ar ions in Au has been measured using two methods: TOF-E and TOF–TOF. The two methods are compared and discussed. The final results cover energy range 2–445 MeV (0.05–11 MeV/u) and give satisfactory agreement with SRIM 2003 predictions. Statistical error of the data is at the level of 1–2%.
