This study unveils a pathogenic axis in oral cancer where NUDT21 suppresses a tumor suppressor network, prominently PTEN, via 3'UTR lengthening. To exploit this transcriptomic vulnerability, we developed a biomimetic Nano‐APA‐editor. By delivering CRISPR/Cas9, we reprogrammed the global 3'UTR landscape, restoring multi‐target tumor suppression and ...

Morbidity Among the Aging Population in Northern Bangladesh: An Epidemiological Study
Multimorbidity (≥ 2 chronic diseases) is common among aging populations, yet evidence from Bangladesh remains limited. A cross‐sectional survey of 540 older adults in Northern Bangladesh (June–August 2022) assessed multimorbidity using interviews and logistic regression analysis. Multimorbidity prevalence was 75.74% (95% CI: 71.9%–79.3%).

Cysticercosis of tongue: Cytohistologic approach to diagnosis
Cysticercosis is continuing to be a major health problem in developing countries. Radiological and serological techniques are routinely used for pre-operative diagnosis of cysticercosis. But fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) is cost effective and simple procedure, so it is important to be aware of diagnostic pitfalls in the cytomorphologic ...
