Towards Optimized Awake Bruxism Metrics: Empirical Definition of Minimal Ecological Momentary Assessment Requirements

A pooled analysis of 327 participants and more than 32 000 EMA reports identified the minimum monitoring burden required for reliable awake bruxism assessment. Four of five core behaviours reached stable estimates after 3 monitoring days, while grinding stabilized after 2 days.
