Analysis of an Observational Versus Surgical Approach for Pediatric Post‐Tonsillectomy Hemorrhage
The Laryngoscope, EarlyView.This study compares outcomes of observational versus surgical management of pediatric post‐tonsillectomy hemorrhage. We found that observational management was safe and avoided unnecessary procedures in selected cases. These results support tailoring intervention to exam findings to optimize patient care.
