Intermediate Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease [PDF]
Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) disease is a common neurogenetic disorder and its heterogeneity is a challenge for genetic diagnostics. The genetic diagnostic procedures for a CMT patient can be explored according to the electrophysiological criteria: very slow motor nerve conduction velocity (MNCV) (45 m/s).

TPP‐SAT, a mitochondria‐targeted natural enzyme‐cascade nanogel, selectively scavenges mitochondrial ROS (e.g., H2O2/·O2⁻) and converts them into therapeutic O2 via enzymatic cascades, alleviating hypoxia and inflammation. It rebalances M1/M2 macrophage polarization, activates the Nrf2 pathway while suppressing NF‐κB, enhances antioxidant defenses, and

In Situ Graph Reasoning and Knowledge Expansion Using Graph‐PRefLexOR
Graph‐PRefLexOR is a novel framework that enhances language models with in situ graph reasoning, symbolic abstraction, and recursive refinement. By integrating graph‐based representations into generative tasks, the approach enables interpretable, multistep reasoning.

Erosion and abrasion-inhibiting in situ effect of the Euclea natalensis plant of African regions
This study evaluated the effect of Euclea natalensis gel on the reduction of erosive wear with or without abrasion, in enamel and dentin. During two five-day experimental crossover phases, volunteers (n = 10) wore palatal devices containing human enamel ...
