Study on the Design and Modification Method of the Cycloid Gear Tooth Profile

A new tooth profile curve equation of the cycloid gear is proposed based on the gear meshing transmission principle. Here, we present a tetrahedral DNA framework (TDF)‐mediated Cas12a ordered assembly strategy. TDFs arrange CRISPR/Cas12a into ordered structures controllably, enhancing catalytic efficiency through localized Cas12a hotspots while maintaining spatial intervals to facilitate substrate diffusion.
