Innate Immunocompetent hiPSC‐Derived Neurospheroids Capture Early CNS Responses to rAAV
Knowledge of human CNS immune responses to AAV‐based gene therapies remains limited due to the lack of immune‐competent human models. Here, a hiPSC‐derived 3D neuroimmune platform integrating neurospheroids and microglia is established using stirred‐tank bioreactors.

Localizations of Laminin Chains Suggest Their Multifaceted Functions in Mouse Tooth Development
The human laminin family is composed of five α, four β, and three γ chains. Laminins are heterotrimers of α, β, and γ chains. Laminins play critical roles during organogenesis, mostly as basement membrane components. The expression of all and the localization of most laminin chains were characterized in mouse developing teeth.

Charting Endocrine Progenitors Across Species and Organs
Endocrine progenitors give rise to the hormone‐producing cells of the pancreas and intestine. Using single‐cell multiomics and proteomics, this study compares these progenitors across species, systems, and organs, mapping the conserved and species‐specific gene regulatory networks that guide their formation.

Localization of type IV collagen alpha chains in tooth germ development
The morphogenesis and morphological development of molar are regulated by the interaction between odontogenic epithelium and mesenchymal tissues. And Type IV collagen molecules, the major component of the dental basement membrane, are composed of three alpha chains.

Dysregulated protein modifications drive tumorigenesis. RINES, an E3 ubiquitin ligase, represses tumor cell proliferation and metastasis by facilitating RING domain‐dependent, ubiquitin–proteasome‐mediated degradation of STAT3 and MYC, which consequently restrains cancer stemness and oncogenic progression.

Harnessing Phase Separation for the Development of High‐Performance Hydrogels
ABSTRACT Hydrogels are indispensable for the development of next‐generation bioelectronics, soft robotics, and biomedical devices, where their mechanical properties determine performance and reliability. Among strategies to enhance hydrogel mechanics, phase separation enables controlled heterogeneity resulting in gel networks that are reinforced by ...

Cartilage injury promotes local fibrinogen deposition, which accelerates monosodium urate crystallization and activates integrin‐mediated matrix‐degradation. This self‐amplifying cycle drives gout‐related cartilage erosion. Disrupting fibrinogen deposition or restoring the cartilage barrier could interrupt this vicious cycle.

STUDY OF THE PERFORMANCE OF PLANETARY REDUCTIONS WITH FINEMODULAR TOOTH CHAINS
Currently, top drive systems (TDS) consisting of a motor and a swivel-reducer that rotate the drill string are used to solve technological problems of drilling directional and horizontal wells. The main problems of ensuring strength when creating machines include: the occurrence of sudden failures of machine parts; ensuring a certain safety margin ...
