Controllable Growth of Silver Crystallites on the Rear Ag–Si Contact Interface of TOPCon Solar Cells Through an Electrochemical Reduction Reaction Triggered by Laser‐Enhanced Contact Optimization

Solar RRL
Achieving a balance between passivation and contact has always been crucial for enhancing crystalline silicon (c‐Si) solar cells, especially for the currently mainstream N‐type TOPCon solar cells. The laser‐enhanced contact optimization (LECO) technology

Optimization of TOPCon Structured Solar Cell Using AFORS-HET

Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Materials, 2020
The tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon) structured solar cell, improved version of first-generation PERT solar cell, delivers the highest power conversion efficiency, and is the most commercially available. The first-generation solar cell still suffers from recombination losses, which strongly impacts the conversion efficiency of the cell.

A clinical evaluation of the Topcon RM6000 autorefractor

Clinical and Experimental Optometry, 1989
The Topcon RM6000 autorefractor was evaluated by assessing the repeatability of its results and the extent of their agreement with the findings of conventional subjective refraction.

Effect of Firing Temperature on Damp Heat Stability of n‐TOPCon Solar Cells’ Rear Side

Solar RRL
Laser‐enhanced contact optimization (LECO) technology is one of the ideal candidates to reduce front contact resistance and metal‐induced recombination of n‐type tunnel oxide‐passivated contact (n‐TOPCon) solar cells.

Industrial TOPCon Solar Cells realized by a PECVD Tube Process

2020
These days low-pressure chemical vapor deposition (LPCVD) is commonly used by the photovoltaic industry to deposit Si layers for tunnel oxide passivated contact (TOPCon). This work summarizes the development of an alternative TOPCon deposition process using a tube plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) tool.

TOPCON GTS-2 (GEODETIC TOTAL STATION)

Survey Review, 1983
Abstract Looking back at past issues of the Survey Review I found in the October 1975 (No. 178) editon a review by Arthur Allan of the Aga Geodimeter 12 and in the October 1972 (No. 166) edition my review of the Watts ST300 Microptic theodolite.

Mitigation of Firing-induced Degradation in Rear Junction Double-side TOPCon Solar Cells by Laser-Enhanced Contact Optimization (LECO)

Photovoltaic Specialists Conference
We present a 23.2% efficient large area (M2), n-type rear junction (RJ) selective double-side tunnel oxide-passivated contact (DS-TOPCon) solar cell featuring a patterned n-TOPCon (poly-Si finger) on the front and full-area p-TOPCon on the rear.

Accuracy of Topcon CM-1000 Videokeratoscope on Spherical Test Surfaces

Journal of Refractive Surgery, 1997
ABSTRACT BACKGROUND: Many videokeratoscopes use mathematical formulas to calculate corneal radii; calculations depend on slope, curvature, coordinate position, or focal properties of the surface. Accuracy of each type of videokeratoscope must be evaluated.
