Toplum temelli kentsel dönüşümde sivil toplum kuruluşlarının rolü: İstanbul örneği
, 2014 Kentsel alanlarda zaman içerisinde işlevsizleşen ve yıpranma gösteren bölgelerin yenilenmesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Bu alanların yenilenmesi ihtiyacı, fiziksel çevre niteliklerine doğrudan vurgu yapıyor olmasıyla beraber; temelinde bir takım sosyo – ekonomik bileşenleri de içermesi gerekli bir süreci kapsamaktadır.
