This study presents the first demonstration of stable sub‐50‐micron single‐cell GPM vesicles fabricated through the intrinsic self‐assembly of an amphiphilic copolymer. Hierarchical assembly of cell containing GPM vesicles into microspheres enable tunable, sustained cell delivery with immune protection.

Quantitative Volumetric Assessment of CT-guided Ablation Treatments for Colorectal Liver Metastases [PDF]
In image-guided percutaneous ablations of liver tumors, the technical intra-procedural success of the treatment is defined by achieving complete tumor destruction plus a circumferential ablation margin of at least 5 mm.

Melt electrofibrillation (MEF) enables the fabrication of nanofibrillar PCL scaffolds with defined architectures that guide cellular alignment and retention during cartilage tissue engineering. Unlike conventional melt electrowriting, MEF consistently directs collagen type II‐rich extracellular matrix organization, providing a tunable platform to ...

Computed tomography guided navigation assisted percutaneous ablation of osteoid osteoma in a 7-year-old patient: the low dose approach [PDF]
Osteoid osteoma (OO) is a benign tumour that can cause severe pain and functional limitation to children and young adults; the treatment of choice is image-guided ablation. Due to the very small size of the lesion, detection and accurate needle placement
