Topological degree and quadratic forms
The paper presents methods of computing the topological degree, and other related topological invariants, for real polynomial mappings. There is also introduced a new topological invariant, similar to the topological degree (mod2), for mappings on ...

Topological Descriptors on Some Families of Graphs
In view of the successful applications of graph theory, relationships between the biological activity and chemical structure have been developed. One of the popular topics in graph theory is problems relating to topological indices.

In this paper, the problem of the existence of a periodic solution is studied for the second order differential equation with a singularity of repulsive type x ″ ( t ) + f ( x ( t ) ) x ′ ( t ) − g ( x ( t ) ) + φ ( t ) x ( t ) = h ( t ) , $$x''(t)+f ...

Computation of Revan Topological Indices for Phenol-Formaldehyde Resin
Phenol-formaldehyde resin has a wide range of moldings. The phenolic resin retains properties at the freezing point; hence, it is difficult to determine its age.

Subtype‐specific enhancer RNAs define transcriptional regulators and prognosis in breast cancers
This study employed machine learning methodologies to perform the subtype‐specific classification of RNA‐seq data sets, which are mapped on enhancers from TCGA‐derived breast cancer patients. Their integration with gene expression (referred to as ProxCReAM eRNAs) and chromatin accessibility profiles has the potential to identify lineage‐specific and ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basal‐like tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 loss‐of‐function and type‐I interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Topological Characterization of the Third Type of Triangular Hex-derived Networks
A topological index is a numerical quantity that defines a chemical descriptor to report several physical, biological and chemical properties of a chemical structure. In recent literature, various degree-based topological indices of a molecular structure

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...
