Molecular Dynamics Studies of Shape Memory Polymers: From Bead–Spring Models to Atomistic Simulations

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Coarse‐grained (left) and atomistic (right) models of the shape memory polymer ESTANE ETE 75DT3 are shown schematically. The two representations bridge molecular detail and mesoscopic description. Both models capture shape memory behavior, linking segmental mobility and conformational relaxation of anisotropic chains to macroscopic recovery, and ...

Positive periodic solutions for Lienard type p-Laplacian equations

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2009
Using topological degree theory, we obtain sufficient conditions for the existence and uniqueness of positive periodic solutions for Lienard type p-Laplacian differential equations.

Computation of Topological Indices of Some Special Graphs

open access: yesMathematics, 2018
There are several chemical indices that have been introduced in theoretical chemistry to measure the properties of molecular topology, such as distance-based topological indices, degree-based topological indices and counting-related topological indices ...

From Shear to Sound: Mechanics–Acoustics Mapping of TPMS Lattices

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Triply periodic minimal surface (TPMS) lattices are mapped across mechanical and acoustic performance, revealing that descriptors validated in compression fail under shear. First‐time comparison with trusses included. A transition from porous to resonance‐driven absorption emerges at 25% density.

Ev-degree and ve-degree molecular topological properties of silicon carbide structures

open access: yes, 2020
Topological indices enable information about the underlying topology of chemical and physicalsubstances. Topological indices are grouped into two categories; degree based and distance based.Degree based topological indices are defined by using classical ...

Degree based topological invariants of splitting graph

open access: yes, 2019
Topological invariants are the graph theoretical tools to the theoretical chemists, that correlates the molecular structure with several chemical reactivity, physical properties or biological activity numerically.

Computation for Topological Degree and Its Applications

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1996
Let \(A:\overline\Omega\to X\) be a condensing operator, where \(\Omega\) is a bounded open subset of the Banach space \(X\). A new method of computation for topological degree \(\deg(I-A,\Omega,0)=0\) is given and then applied to a class of systems of integral equations.

Comparison of Triply Periodic Minimal Surface Energy Absorbers Under Uniaxial Compressive Loading

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study investigates LCD 3D printed Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) structures as mechanical energy absorbers. By comparing various base designs and layered combinations under uniaxial compression, it identifies that a Diamond‐Gyroid sandwich structure offers superior performance.

Magnetic Control of Chiral Hybridized Phonon Magnetic Moments in Ferrimagnets Fe2‐xZnxMo3O8

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Helicity‐resolved magneto‐Raman spectroscopy reveals magnetic control of chiral phonon magnetic moments in polar ferrimagnet (ZnxFe2−xMo3O₈). Large spontaneous zero‐field phonon splittings, selective phonon–magnon coupling, and asymmetric Zeeman responses demonstrate that phonon chirality is governed by magnon‐phonon coupling and magnetization.
