Structural Exploration of Zirconium Metal–Organic Frameworks Through Linker Desymmetrization and Modulator Compensation

A linker‐desymmetrization‐modulator‐compensation (LDMC) strategy for constructing structurally diverse Zr‐MOFs is reported. This approach reduces linker symmetry to create defects in Zr‐clusters, which can be compensated for by modulator coordination. Quantum Phase Transitions in Graphene Coupled to a Twisted WSe2 Moiré Ferroelectricity

Moiré ferroelectricity in twisted WSe2 (t‐WSe2) breaks graphene's sublattice symmetry, inducing a room‐temperature metal‐insulator transition. Coupling graphene with ferroelectric domains of t‐WSe2 creates local Dirac points and metallic phases with Fermi‐liquid and non‐Fermi‐liquid behavior.

3D Anodic Alumina Nanoarchitectures: A Decade of Progress from Foundational Science to Functional Metamaterials

Ordered three‐dimensional anodic aluminum oxide (3D‐AAO) nanoarchitectures with longitudinal and transverse pores enable architecture‐driven metamaterials. The review maps fabrication advances, including hybrid pulse anodization, and shows how 3D‐AAO templates tailor properties across magnetism, energy, catalysis, and sensing.
