Ideal topology on a distrbutive lattice [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Australian Mathematical Society, 1974
In [1] Atherton has asked whether the ideal topology (see [1]) is Hausdorff on every distributive lattice. He also gave some sufficient conditions (Kent's conditions cl and c3 [1]) under which the ideal topology on a complete distributive lattice is Hausdorff.

Production equilibria [PDF]

open access: yes
This paper studies production economies in a commodity space that is an ordered locally convex space. We establish a general theorem on the existence of equilibrium without requiring that the commodity space or its dual be a vector lattice.

Projective compact distributive topological lattices

open access: yes, 1973
In the category of all compact distributive topological lattices and their continuous lattice-homomorphisms, it is shown that every projective object is either zero-dimensional or not I I -compact.

Signatures of Edge States in Antiferromagnetic Van der Waals Josephson Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT The combination of superconductivity and magnetic textures leads to unconventional superconducting phenomena, including new correlated and topological phases. Van der Waals (vdW) materials emerge as a versatile platform for exploring the interplay between these two competing orders.

A note on the lattice of L-topologies

open access: yesJournal of Advanced Studies in Topology, 2019
In this paper, we study the lattice structure of the lattice \(F_{T,L}\) of all \(L\)-topologies determined by the families of Scott continuous functions for a given topological space \((X,T)\). Some properties are discussed for which the lattice \(F_{T,L}\) is complemented.

Boolean topological distributive lattices and canonical extensions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
This paper presents a unified account of a number of dual category equivalences of relevance to the theory of canonical extensions of distributive lattices.

All‐Optical Reconfigurable Physical Unclonable Function for Sustainable Security

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐optical reconfigurable physical unclonable function (PUF) is demonstrated using plasmonic coupling–induced sintering of optically trapped gold nanoparticles, where Brownian motion serves as a robust entropy source. The resulting optical PUF exhibits high encoding density, strong resistance to modeling attacks, and practical authentication ...

Topological phases on non-periodic lattices

open access: yes
The investigation into topological phases on non-periodic lattices has recently gained wide interest because of the discovery of never-before seen phenomena lacking a counterpart in periodic lattices.

Turning Unpredictable Biomolecule Adsorption to Controlled Corona Formation: Focus on Carbon Nanomaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Controlling the protein corona formation onto carbon nanomaterials (CNMs) enhances their functionalities as platforms for cancer theranostics. Here, we reviewed the effects of the intrinsic and acquired properties of CNMs on protein corona formation, the consequent biological and toxicological outcomes, and the strategies to reshape corona formation ...

Topological transport of a classical droplet in a lattice of time

open access: yesNatural Sciences
Thouless charge pumps are quantum mechanical devices whose operation relies on topology. They provide the means for transporting quantum matter in space lattices with a single quantum precision.
