Reconfigurable Three‐Dimensional Superconducting Nanoarchitectures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
3D superconducting nanostructures offer new possibilities for emergent physical phenomena. However, fabricating complex geometries remains challenging. Here 3D nanoprinting of complex 3D superconducting nanoarchitectures is established. As well as propagating superconducting vortices in 3D, anisotropic superconducting properties with geometric ...

Separation axioms in topological preordered spaces and the existence of continuous order-preserving functions

open access: yesApplied General Topology, 2000
We characterize the existence of a real continuous order-preserving function on a topological preordered space, under the hypotheses that the topological space is normal and the preorder satisfies a strong continuity assumption, called IC-continuity ...

On fuzzy topological spaces

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 1981
AbstractIn this paper, a few separation properties and some aspects of subspace fuzzy topology have been studied, where both the crisp and the fuzzy elements have been taken into consideration. Since the conventional definition of compactness is not quite meaningful in Hausdorff fuzzy spaces (as introduced by us), a new more natural definition of ...

Nano‐Topography Enhanced Topological‐Cell‐Analysis in Radiation‐Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
Radiotherapy, a treatment that implies exposition of cells to radiation, offers promise to treat cancer. Here, it is hypothesized that the nanoscale details of a scaffold can amplify the response of cells to radiation, measured through topological variables, providing ways to assess the efficacy of Radiotherapy treatment.

Weak and strong structures and the $T_{3.5}$ property for generalized topological spaces [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2016
We investigate weak and strong structures for generalized topological spaces, among others products, sums, subspaces, quotients, and the complete lattice of generalized topologies on a given set. Also we introduce $T_{3.5}$ generalized topological spaces and give a necessary and sufficient condition for a generalized topological space to be a $T_{3.5}$

On the Depth of Topological Spaces [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1974
In this short note we prove that Kowalsky’s star-space of weight ω 1 {\omega _1} is a suitable counterexample to a conjecture of I. Juhàsz.

Enhancing Form Stability: Shrink‐Resistant Hydrogels Made of Interpenetrating Networks of Recombinant Spider Silk and Collagen‐I

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
A shrinkage‐resistant hydrogel is developed to confer post‐fabrication shape fidelity. The hydrogel, based on recombinant spider silk protein eADF4(C16)‐RGD and collagen‐I, exhibits tunable mechanical properties and shrink‐resistance in the presence of fibroblasts as well as muscle cells.

Computational Simulations of Metal–Organic Frameworks to Enhance Adsorption Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights the significance of molecular simulations in expanding the understanding of metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) and improving their gas adsorption applications. The historical development and implementation of molecular simulations in the MOF field are given, high‐throughput computational screening studies used to unlock the ...
