Circ_0000756 Mediates Oxidative Stress and Metabolic Memory in Diabetic Neuropathy via miR‐7b Suppression of NRF2/ARE Pathway

open access: yesThe FASEB Journal, Volume 39, Issue 21, 15 November 2025.
Mechanism of circ_0000756 in promoting DPN by regulating metabolic memory through suppression of the NRF2/ARE axis in Schwann cells. ABSTRACT Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is a common and debilitating complication of diabetes, in which oxidative stress and metabolic memory drive progressive nerve damage.

Combining Network Pharmacology, Molecular Docking, and Integrative Studies to Explore the Mechanism of Helminthostachys zeylanica in Alleviating Ulcerative Colitis

open access: yesFood Science &Nutrition, Volume 13, Issue 11, November 2025.
The experiment verified the mechanism of HZ against ulcerative colitis. Verified through in vivo and in vitro experiments, HZ demonstrated partial inhibition of the TLR4/NF‐κB signaling pathway, reduction in inflammatory factors IL‐6 and TNF, and the ability to suppress T cell differentiation and activation in ulcerative colitis.

Liver–Microbiome Crosstalk Mediates the Protective Effects of Artemisinin in Clostridium perfringens Models

open access: yesMicrobial Biotechnology, Volume 18, Issue 11, November 2025.
Artemisinin mitigates Clostridium perfringens infection in mice and rabbits by modulating gut–liver crosstalk, leading to restored intestinal morphology, balanced microbiota composition and improved immunometabolic profiles. ABSTRACT Clostridium perfringens is a multi‐host opportunistic pathogen whose plasmid‐encoded toxins cause gas gangrene, necrotic

A Review of Global Optimization Methods for Molecular Structures: Algorithms, Applications and Perspectives

open access: yesJournal of Computational Chemistry, Volume 46, Issue 28, October 30, 2025.
This image categorizes global optimization methods into stochastic and deterministic approaches. Stochastic methods include techniques like Genetic Algorithms, Simulated Annealing, and Machine Learning, often involving randomness. Deterministic methods, such as Molecular Dynamics and Single‐Ended methods, follow defined rules without randomness.

Emergence in string theory and Fermi gases

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
The Emergence Proposal suggests that some Swampland criteria, in particular on large field distances, are a consequence of the emergent nature of dynamics for fields in the infrared.

Borel singularities and Stokes constants of the topological string free energy on one-parameter Calabi-Yau threefolds

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics
We study the Borel plane of the topological string free energy on all hypergeometric one-parameter Calabi-Yau models close to singular points in moduli space, focusing on the location of Borel singularities and the value of the associated Stokes ...
