Homotopy algebra structures on twisted tensor products and string topology operations [PDF]

open access: yesAlgebraic & Geometric Topology, 2011
Given a $C_\infty$ coalgebra $C_*$, a strict dg Hopf algebra $H_*$, and a twisting cochain $ :C_* \rightarrow H_*$ such that $Im( ) \subset Prim(H_*)$, we describe a procedure for obtaining an $A_\infty$ coalgebra on $C_* \otimes H_*$. This is an extension of Brown's work on twisted tensor products.

Hierarchically MOF‐Based Porous Monolith Composites for Atmospheric Water Harvesting

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review explores the design of hierarchical porous materials for atmospheric water harvesting, focusing on metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and porous monoliths. Emphasis is placed on integrating MOF nanoscale porosity with the microscale channels of monolithic scaffolds to enhance sorption‐desorption performance.

A hierarchy of topological tensor network states

open access: yes, 2010
We present a hierarchy of quantum many-body states among which many examples of topological order can be identified by construction. We define these states in terms of a general, basis-independent framework of tensor networks based on the algebraic ...

Locally convex approach spaces

open access: yesApplied General Topology, 2003
We continue the investigation of suitable structures for quantified functional analysis, by looking at the notion of local convexity in the setting of approach vector spaces as introduced in [6].

Analog of Topological Entanglement Entropy for Mixed States

open access: yesPRX Quantum
We propose the convex-roof extension of quantum conditional mutual information (“co(QCMI)”) as a diagnostic of topological order in a mixed state. We focus primarily on topological states subjected to local decoherence, and employ the Levin-Wen scheme to

Filamented Light (FLight) Bioprinting of Mini‐Muscles with Self‐Renewal Potential

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents the FLight biofabrication for engineering in vitro muscle constructs by photocrosslinking pristine collagen and fibrinogen using ruthenium. The resulting mini‐muscles retain in vivo‐like tissue organization and a Pax7⁺ cell pool.
