Universal Conductance Fluctuations in Quantum Anomalous Hall Insulators

Universal conductance fluctuations are observed in mesoscopic quantum anomalous Hall insulators. Two distinct fluctuation patterns are identified, arising from different interference processes of bulk and chiral edge states, respectively. Homotopy algebra structures on twisted tensor products and string topology operations [PDF]

Given a $C_\infty$ coalgebra $C_*$, a strict dg Hopf algebra $H_*$, and a twisting cochain $ :C_* \rightarrow H_*$ such that $Im( ) \subset Prim(H_*)$, we describe a procedure for obtaining an $A_\infty$ coalgebra on $C_* \otimes H_*$. This is an extension of Brown's work on twisted tensor products.
