Monolithically Integrated Quantum Dots in a 22‐nm Fully Depleted Silicon‐on‐Insulator Process Operating at 3 K

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
In this paper, we describe the complete architecture for quantum control and read‐out of charge qubits designed in 22‐nm FD‐SOI process. Detail system level analysis is provided along with lab measurement results at 3 K for cryogenic control and for a quantum dot array.

Current‐Mirror Based Filters With Reduced Circuit Complexity

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
A novel current‐mirror‐based lossless integration stage, derived from the corresponding lossy integration stage, just by adding an extra DC current source, is introduced in this letter. The unique contribution that it offers is the reduction of the circuit complexity in the resulting current‐mode systems, where the introduced integrator is utilized.

High‐Efficiency Millimeter‐Wave Scalable Rectenna Array With Individual Impedance Control

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
This study proposes a millimeter‐wave scalable rectenna array with individual fundamental and second harmonic impedance control for high‐efficiency wireless power transfer. The array integrates rectifiers, patch antennas, and a DC combining network, ensuring effective impedance matching and optimal power conversion while maintaining independent control

Upstream Allocation of Bidirectional Load Demand by Power Packetization

open access: yesInternational Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, EarlyView.
This paper presents a packet‐based approach for including renewables and batteries in a small and independent power supply system. The proposed method comprises dynamic allocations of bidirectional load demand in a packetized form to sources or sinks. ABSTRACT The power packet dispatching system has been studied for power management with strict tie to ...

Restrained Eating Features and Brain Morphology: A Pediatric Population‐Based Study

open access: yesInternational Journal of Eating Disorders, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Anorexia nervosa, a restrictive eating disorder that is most commonly seen in females, is associated with alterations in gray matter (GM) and white matter (WM) structures. However, little is known about how restrained eating (RE) and the body mass index‐standard deviation score (BMI‐SDS) are related to brain morphology and whether ...
