Transcriptome analysis reveals the key network of axillary bud outgrowth modulated by topping in citrus.

Gene
Topping, an important tree shaping and pruning technique, can promote the outgrowth of citrus axillary buds. However, the underlying molecular mechanism is still unclear.

TOP Guidelines and TOP Factor

2021
The Transparency and Open Promotion (TOP) Guidelines are eight modular recommendations and standards (with varying levels of stringency) for journals and funders to incentivize open science practices. TOP Factor is a transparent evaluation rubric showing the degree of a journal or funder's implementation of and compliance with TOP Guidelines. Visit cos.

QUANTUM TOPS

International Journal of Modern Physics B, 1993
We shall discuss here the problem of quantization of integrals of motion for completely integrable Hamiltonian systems decribed by Lax equations with a spectral parameter. Multi-dimensional tops and their analogs are the most interesting examples of such systems, which motivates the title.

[top ][top ]-closed relations and admissibility

Mathematical Structures in Computer Science, 2000
While developing a method for reasoning about programs, Pitts defined the [top ][top ]-closed relations as an alternative to the standard admissible relations. This paper reformulates and studies Pitts's operational concept of [top ][top ]-closure in a semantic framework.

Response of Yield and Some Physiological Traits of Groundnut (Arachis hypogaea L.) to Topping Height and Application Methods of Zn and Ca Nano-Chelates

Communications in Soil Science and Plant Analysis, 2019
Groundnut is an annual legume and important oilseed crop in the world. In order to evaluate the influence of the topping height and application methods of Zinc (Zn) and Calcium (Ca) nano-chelates on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of ...

Top-down approach to fiber-top cantilevers

Optics Letters, 2011
Taking inspiration from conventional top-down micromachining techniques, we have fabricated a low mass gold fiber-top cantilever via align-and-shine photolithography. The cantilever is characterized by measuring its resonance frequency and mechanical quality factor.
