Facile Preparation of Carbon Nanotube‐Based Skin‐Like Pressure Sensors
This work demonstrates the use of a conjugated polymer with a self‐immolative linker on the sidechain as an intermediate to first enhance solution processability of single‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT), then generate low‐resistance SWNT materials upon sidechain removal.

In response to enzymatic activity within the tumor microenvironment, remotely actuated microrobots designed for localized delivery of stimuli‐responsive hydrogels engineered to release chemotherapeutics (ChemoBots) are developed. The system leverages magnetic navigation for targeted localization and prolongsed drug release, achieving marked tumor ...

High voltage (>4.5 V) LiNixCoyMnzO2 (NCM)||graphite cells show rollover failure in the course of electrode crosstalk, i.e., transition metal (TM) dissolution from NCM and deposition on graphite. Interestingly, oxidatively less stable Li salts enhance the cycle life despite higher electrode crosstalk, as the morphology of plated Li has a lower surface ...

This study explores using DC plasma torches with nitrogen as a carrier gas for preheating large steelmaking ladles. Numerical models simulate ladles preheated by 0.7 and 1.5 MW plasma torches, compared to natural gas heating. Results show plasma torches achieve significantly higher bottom temperatures, validated by industrial measurements on full‐sized

The assembly guide device designed in our study could accurately locate the tunnel path. The concentric circle sliding arc was designed to make the guiding angle adjustable and matching the various drilling angles. The center of the concentric arc coincides with the midpoint of the hook, which could ensure the preset tunnel path pass through the ...

An upscalable solid‐state approach is refined to obtain phase‐pure vanadium tetrasulfide (VS4), a promising magnesium battery cathode material. After optimization of the cathode processing and electrolyte formulation, the simultaneous cationic and anionic redox principle, enabling fast diffusion within VS4, is confirmed by theorical computations and ...

Abstract This narrative review celebrates Europe's contribution to the current knowledge on systemically administered antimicrobials in periodontal treatment. Periodontitis is the most frequent chronic noncommunicable human disease. It is caused by dysbiotic bacterial biofilms and is commonly treated with subgingival instrumentation.
