Enhanced Field‐Like Torque Generated from the Anisotropic Spin‐Split Effect in Triple‐Domain RuO2 for Energy‐Efficient Spin–Orbit Torque Magnetic Random‐Access Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Science
Spin‐current generation via the anisotropic spin‐split effect has been predicted in antiferromagnetic RuO2, where the symmetry of RuO2 plays a critical role in spin–orbit torque (SOT).

On Planetary Gear Type Alternating Torque Generator

open access: yesBulletin of JSME, 1966
This paper describes the equipment that generates and alternating torque by the action of unbalanced masses attached on planetary gears revolving around a sun gear. Each unbalanced mass that revolves around both the sun gear and the planetary gear axis produces a centrifugal force regarding the sun gear axis and another centrifugal force and a Corioli ...

Resistance to Overdoping Allows Over 2000 S cm−1 Conductivity in P(g3BTTT) With Anion‐Exchange Doping

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Anion‐exchange doping of conjugated polymers is an effective way to achieve high conductivities. Here, we report over 2000 S cm−1 electrical conductivity for doped P(g3BTTT). In addition, we show that P(g3BTTT) sustains exceptionally high doping levels without any drop in the charge mobility.
