An NUTSF at Sub-Region for Suppression of Torque Ripple in Switched Reluctance Motors
The conventional torque sharing function (TSF) control strategy in a switched reluctance motor (SRM) has higher torque ripple due to the weak torque tracking ability with an increase in speed.

Brushless dc motors (BLDCMs) exhibit relatively large torque ripple due to the current pulsation during the commutation process. In this paper, first, the production mechanism of the commutation torque ripple is analyzed in detail, where the diode ...

Neurovascular Contacts in the Pathophysiology of Neuralgic Amyotrophy: An Observational Study
ABSTRACT Objective Neuralgic amyotrophy (NA) is a prevalent, monophasic, multifocal immune‐mediated neuropathy. A distinctive characteristic of the disease is the occurrence of nerve or fascicle constrictions and torsions (NA‐associated focal nerve lesions, NAFL). The pathophysiology underlying this phenomenon remains to be fully elucidated.

Multimodal Optimization Algorithm for Torque Ripple Reduction in Synchronous Reluctance Motors
An accurate analytical model is adopted to estimate the torque ripple of a synchronous reluctance motor (SynRM). Desired behavior of the torque ripple functionin this motor is obtained by changing the angles of one and two flux barriers per pole (FBs) in

Gravity‐Dependent Modulation of Downbeat Nystagmus: Insights From Velocity‐Storage Dysfunction
ABSTRACT Objective Downbeat nystagmus varies with head position, a phenomenon termed gravity‐dependent modulation. We aimed to clarify its mechanism using a velocity‐storage model. Methods In 10 patients with downbeat nystagmus due to cerebellar disorders, we recorded eye movements at different pitch‐ and roll‐axis head positions.

A numerical–experimental framework is developed for characterizing multi‐matrix fiber‐reinforced polymers (MM‐FRPs) combining epoxy and polyurethane matrices. Harmonic bending tests are integrated with finite element model updating (FEMU) to simultaneously identify elastic and viscoelastic material parameters.

Reduction of Unipolar Leakage Flux and Torque Ripple in Consequent-pole PM Vernier Machine
This paper proposes a new consequent-pole permanent magnet vernier machine (CPMVM), which can be regarded as a combination of two conventional CPMVM with opposite polarities.
