Quantitative Diffusion and T2 Mapping Using RF‐Modulated Phase‐Based Gradient Echo Imaging
ABSTRACT Purpose To introduce and evaluate the feasibility of a novel RF‐phase modulated gradient echo (GRE) method for quantitative diffusion MRI, aimed at mitigating geometric distortion and enabling high‐resolution 3D quantitative diffusion/T2 mapping as a complementary alternative to conventional DWI.

A Numerical Alternative to MR Thermometry for Safety Validation of Multi‐Channel RF Transmit Coils
ABSTRACT Purpose This study proposes a numerical technique to estimate peak local specific absorption rate (SAR) uncertainty of multi‐channel RF coils during the process of safety validation as an alternative to experimental temperature and electric‐field measurements, and demonstrates its use to enable human studies at 10.5 T.

ABSTRACT Purpose This study aimed to improve the analysis of the left ventricular (LV) blood pool hyperpolarized [1‐13C]pyruvate signal for a more reliable quantification of downstream metabolic outcome. Methods Hyperpolarized [1‐13C]pyruvate magnetic resonance spectroscopic images were acquired dynamically at 3 Tesla in 106 participants (NCT03685175).

ABSTRACT Purpose To improve accuracy and repeatability of myocardial 23Na quantification in cardiac MRI at 7 T by combining retrospective respiratory and cardiac motion correction with a novel anatomy‐based B1 bias field correction. Methods In this study, a dual‐nuclear interleaved 23Na/1H MRI sequence at 7 T was applied.

Podocyte mPGES‐2 Determines Renal Aging and Contributes to Senile Osteoporosis
Podocyte mPGES‐2 drives renal aging through PGE2/EP1‐dependent senescence and disrupts renal endocrine support for bone homeostasis. Genetic deletion or pharmacological inhibition of mPGES‐2 protects aged mice from kidney dysfunction and osteoporosis. ABSTRACT Renal aging shortens healthspan and propagates organ dysfunction beyond the kidney, yet its ...

An ergonomically optimized scope‐holder for flexible endoscopy was developed based on endoscopists’ left‐hand motion‐capture data to provide stable scope support while preserving the natural range of motion. In a simulated endoscopic marking task comparing non‐assisted and assisted conditions in 26 participants, scope‐holder assistance reduced muscle ...
