Nominal Wage Rigidity in Australia [PDF]

open access: yes
The existence of downward nominal price and wage rigidity has been used to argue against the adoption of zero inflation targets. A good deal is known about the nature and extent of price flexibility in Australia.

Statistical shape modeling of the human inner ear through micro‐computed tomography imaging

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
In this study, 54 cadaveric temporal bone specimens underwent high‐resolution micro‐CT imaging. Images were semi‐automatically segmented and converted to 3D surface mesh models for morphological measurement and analysis. Statistical shape models were created for the inner ear, cochlea, and vestibular system, as well as for sex‐ and side‐based subgroups.

Cortical bone distribution in the human mandibular symphysis: Ontogenic and morphometric approaches in archeological context

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract The human mandibular symphysis concentrates multiaxial loads during function and remodels throughout growth, but the precise mechanisms underlying cortical bone shape during growth remain relatively unexplored. Approaches based solely on thickness or external cortical contours provide only partial insights and do not capture the functional ...

Flow by Gauss Curvature to the Orlicz Minkowski Problem for q-torsional rigidity [PDF]

open access: yes
The Minkowski problem for torsional rigidity ($2$-torsional rigidity) was firstly studied by Colesanti and Fimiani \cite{CA} using variational method. Moreover, Hu, Liu and Ma \cite{HJ00} also studied this problem by method of curvature flows and obtain ...

Born this way: Does variation in perinatal limb bone morphology predict adult locomotor repertoire in primates?

open access: yesThe Anatomical Record, EarlyView.
Abstract Primates show a high degree of locomotor diversity that engenders similar variance in limb bone cross‐sectional geometry and bending strength: leaping primates have stronger hindlimb bones whereas suspensory species have stronger forelimb bones.
