II ABSTRACT The investigation includes the area of 180 km' in the east of Tosya (Kastamonu) in the western Black Sea Reagion in the thesis. The potential amount of water of the plain of Tosya and its surrounding areas, 1/100.000 in scale for geology of the area, 1/25.000 for hydrogeo- logy were studied.
