A Study on the Total Coloring and Equitable Total Coloring for Splitting Graph
This study focuses on the total coloring and equitable total coloring of splitting graphs, an area of graph theory that examines the assignment of colors to both vertices and edges under specific constraints. Total coloring involves assigning distinct colors to adjacent or incident elements (vertices and edges) in such a way that no two adjacent or ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

E-Total Coloring of Complete Bipartite Graphs [PDF]
In this study, using the method of contradiction and the pre-assignment of chromatic sets, we discuss the E-total coloring of complete bipartite graphs K5,n (5≤n≤7 113) which are vertex-distinguished by multiple sets.

On sum coloring of graphs [PDF]
The sum coloring problem asks to find a vertex coloring of a given graph G, using natural numbers, such that the total sum of the colors is minimized. A coloring which achieves this total sum is called an optimum coloring and the minimum number of colors

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Total Colorings of Embedded Graphs with No 3-Cycles Adjacent to 4-Cycles
A total-k-coloring of a graph G is a coloring of V ∪ E using k colors such that no two adjacent or incident elements receive the same color. The total chromatic number χ′′(G) of G is the smallest integer k such that G has a total-k-coloring.

Total variant of well known graph coloring game is considered. We determine exact values of total game chromatic number for some classes of graphs and show show the strategie for first player to win the game. We also show relation between total game coloring number and game coloring index.
