Tin hexathiophosphate memristors leverage intrinsic nanopores together with a guided filament formation strategy to regulate titanium ion motion and switching behavior. The devices support reliable nonvolatile memory and reconfigurable logic‐in‐memory, demonstrating 14 Boolean logic functions in a single cell.

Cuttlebone‐inspired metamaterials exploit a septum‐wall architecture to achieve excellent mechanical and functional properties. This review classifies existing designs into direct biomimetic, honeycomb‐type, and strut‐type architectures, summarizes governing design principles, and presents a decoupled design framework for interpreting multiphysical ...

MQCT. I. Inelastic Scattering of Two Asymmetric-Top Rotors with Application to H\u3csub\u3e2\u3c/sub\u3eO + H\u3csub\u3e2\u3c/sub\u3eO [PDF]
A mixed quantum/classical theory (MQCT) for the inelastic collision of two asymmetric-top rotor molecules is developed. In this method, the quantum state-to-state transitions between the rotational states of molecules (internal) are treated quantum ...

Electrochromic polymer stability under overpotential is improved by inserting an ultrathin, transparent n‐doped poly(benzodifurandione) interlayer between indium tin oxide and a poly(3,4‐propylenedioxythiophene)‐based electrochromic polymer. The interlayer supports rapid switching at operating bias, then becomes resistive near +0.8 V to suppress excess

Radiation‐induced hypothyroidism follows head and neck radiotherapy due to oxidative stress and inflammation. Electrospun polycaprolactone scaffolds containing adenosine have potential to modulate thyroid repair. Scaffolds enhance thyrocyte proliferation, antioxidant enzymes glutathione peroxidase and catalase, reduce senescence and apoptosis markers ...

Three-dimensional simulation of the electromagnetic ion/ion beam instability: cross field diffusion [PDF]
In a system with at least one ignorable spatial dimension charged particles moving in fluctuating fields are tied to the magnetic field lines. Thus, in one-and two-dimensional simulations cross-field diffusion is inhibited and important physics may be ...

Green Technology Transfers and Border Tax Adjustments [PDF]
We develop a two-country general equilibrium model of foreign assistance tied to environmental clean-up in the presence of transboundary pollution. The recipient country generates pollution as a by-product in the production of a ‘dirty’ good, which it ...

A Human‐Based Skin‐Lymphoreticular Model‐on‐Chip to Emulate Inflammatory Skin Conditions
A human‐based lymphoreticular (LR) model was developed through guided self‐assembly and integrated in a skin‐lymphoreticular co‐culture in a microfluidic organ‐on‐chip to mimic interactions between skin and its draining lymph nodes. The human‐based skin‐lymphoreticular model resembles a minimally functional unit that allows to study interactions ...
