Early Internationalization: A Meta‐Analysis of Antecedents, Dimensions, and Performance
Abstract More than three decades after Oviatt and McDougall’s pioneering 1994 paper ‘Towards a theory of international new ventures’, the study of early internationalizing firms continues to captivate international business scholars. The research questions we address involve the antecedents of early internationalization, the dimensions of this ...

A Scalable Hierarchical Dynamic PV Array Reconfiguration under Partial Shading
Photovoltaic (PV) arrays are often affected by partial shading (PS), which can significantly reduce their power output. Dynamic reconfiguration is a promising technique for mitigating the negative effects of PS by adjusting the electrical connections of ...

Monolayer Amorphous Carbon: Unlocking Disorder‐Induced Lithiophilicity
Atomic‐scale disorder in monolayer amorphous carbon generates abundant Li binding sites. Combined contact angle, electrochemical, and Density Functional Theory analyses show how this broad distribution of binding energies lowers the contact angle to around 30°, reduces the nucleation overpotential, and yields uniform lithium deposition.

Optimal Battery‐Based Adaptive Reconfiguration Technique for a Partially Shaded Photovoltaic Array
OBAR eradicates the current mismatch in two steps: OBAR implements the AR technique by activating the switching circuit 1 to minimize the current mismatch between the rows. If the current mismatch still persists, switching circuit 2 selects the battery of suitable capacity and connects across the rows and inject the required compensation current.

Cabling Constraints in PV Array Architecture: Design, Mathematical Model and Cost Analysis
In this article, cabling constraints of different photovoltaic (PV) configurations is addressed in three steps: 1) a cable selection criterion is developed in accordance with metric system defined by American Wire Gauge (AWG); 2) a mathematical model is ...
