Equitable Coloring on Total Graph of Bigraphs and Central Graph of Cycles and Paths
The notion of equitable coloring was introduced by Meyer in 1973. In this paper we obtain interesting results regarding the equitable chromatic number đ= for the total graph of complete bigraphs đ(đŸđ,đ), the central graph of cycles đ¶(đ¶đ) and the central ...

This study shows that lung adenocarcinomas exploit developmental branching morphogenesis to acquire a therapy resistant basalâlike tumour cell state. This process was found to be regulated by combined TP53 lossâofâfunction and typeâI interferon signalling, identifying a novel axis for biomarker and therapeutic target discovery.

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADUâS100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the nonâinflamed microenvironment of Egfrâmutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ Tâcell infiltration, associated with activation of the STINGâIRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Orientable total domination in graphs
Given a directed graph $D$, a set $S \subseteq V(D)$ is a total dominating set of $D$ if each vertex in $D$ has an in-neighbor in $S$. The total domination number of $D$, denoted $Îł_t(D)$, is the minimum cardinality among all total dominating sets of $D$. Given an undirected graph $G$, we study the maximum and minimum total domination numbers among all

Loss of IGFâ1R impairs DNAâPKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective endâjoining
IGFâ1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNAâPKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling nonâhomologous endâjoining (NHEJ) repair of doubleâstrand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGFâ1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomologyâmediated endâjoining (MMEJ) repair.

Finding novel vulnerabilities of hypomorphic BRCA1 alleles
Synthetic lethality screens performed to identify novel vulnerabilities often model complete gene loss, thereby overlooking patientâderived hypomorphic mutations. In this study, we have performed genomeâwide CRISPR screens on BRCA1 hypomorphic mutations, showing BRCA1I26A behaves like wildâtype, while BRCA1R1699Q mimics deficiency. Furthermore, we have

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%â20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2âmediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

The novel styrylquinazolinoneâbased molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In highâglucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Configuration spaces of thick particles on graphs [PDF]
In this thesis, we study the topology of configuration spaces of particles of variable radius r>0 moving on a metric graph. Our main tool is a piecewise linear (PL) Morse-Bott theory for affine polytope complexes, which extends the Morse theory for such ...

Oncogenic DMTF1ÎČ promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1ÎČ regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1ÎČ levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.
