ANALIS PENGUKURAN DAN PERHITUNGAN TOTAL HARMONIC DISTORTION (THD) PADA BEBAN NON LINIER

Jurnal Sains & Teknologi Fakultas Teknik Universitas Darma Persada, 2022

Predicting total harmonic distortion (THD) in ADSL transformers using behavioural modeling

Proceedings of the 2003 IEEE International Workshop on Behavioral Modeling and Simulation, 2004
As a design application, the ADSL broadband line transformer offers interesting challenges somewhat different to those in power supply design. The aspect of total harmonic distortion (THD) as affected by the nonlinear behaviour of the magnetic material in a line transformer is analysed using simulation.

[2_TD$DIFF]Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) based discrimination of normal, inrush and fault conditions in power transformer

Renewable Energy Focus, 2021
The non linear characteristic of transformer magnetizing core leads more current/voltage signal distortion in the event of system disturbance/fault. The harmonic penetration in the current signal depends of the transformer core, characteristic of load and abnormal conditions.

Reduction of line-current total harmonic distortion (THD) of a Valley Fill electronic ballast

2011 International Conference on Electronic Devices, Systems and Applications (ICEDSA), 2011
This paper presents a modified Valley-Fill (VF) ballast circuit to combine with a current fed resonant inverter as the power circuit for a high power factor VF electronic ballast. The original VF circuit permit input current conduction from 30° to 150°, and then from 210° to 330°.

Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) Estimation Technique Based on Power Concept for Smart Power Meters

2019 IEEE PES Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference (APPEEC), 2019
This paper proposes a time-domain total harmonic distortion (THD) estimation technique for smart power meters with significant reduction of calculation steps and high accuracy. In addition, the potential advantage of the proposed THD estimation technique is that the active and reactive power components obtained during the calculation can be further ...

A Cost Effective Method of Reducing Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) in Single-Phase Boost Rectifier

2007 7th International Conference on Power Electronics and Drive Systems, 2007
Due to its simplicity, the discontinuous conduction mode boost rectifier is potentially the least expensive active line-harmonics reducing circuit. The line current however, shows considerable distortion when the peak input voltage is close to the output voltage. This paper proposes a simple, low-cost method to reduce the line harmonics.

Influence of Voltage Variation on the Measurement of Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) by AMI Smart Electricity Meters

2021 13th International Conference on Measurement, 2021
Power quality parameters specified in standards IEC 61000–4–30 and EN 50160 are used to power quality evaluation in the power grid. These parameters are, among others higher harmonics and the Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). Measurement and recording of power quality parameters is carried out mainly by power quality analyzers.

Single phase transformerless semi-Z-source inverter with reduced total harmonic distortion (THD) and DC current injection

2013 IEEE ECCE Asia Downunder, 2013
A single phase transformerless semi-Z-source inverter topology is presented in this paper in order to incorporate distributed photovoltaic generators to the grid with reduced total harmonic distortion (THD) and DC current injection. These proposed inverter topologies are capable of achieving the sinusoidal output voltage by using only two active ...

RETRACTED: Nonlinear Transformational Optimization (NTO) technique based Total Harmonics Distortion (THD) reduction of line to line voltage for multi-level inverters

Microprocessors and Microsystems, 2020
Abstract Multilevel inverter, switching points at the essential frequency are gained by measuring the total harmonics distortion (THD) in line – line voltage. In this work, an advancement procedure is proposed to register switching angles at basic frequency switching plan by implementing Nonlinear Transformational Optimization (NTO) technique, a like

A Multilevel PV Inverter Control With Minimal Total Harmonic Distortion (THD)

In this article, we have improved the control of the multilevel inverter for a photovoltaic system connected to the grid, in order to minimize the total harmonic distortion of current. This topology being considered as a new converter topology applied to photovoltaic systems and has the advantage of very high-energy efficiency, but has the disadvantage
