CSN6 Promotes Pancreatic Cancer Progression and Gemcitabine Resistance via Antagonizing DCAF1‐Mediated Ubiquitination of NPM1

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
COP9 signalosome subunit 6 (CSN6) promotes the auto‐ubiquitination and degradation of DDB1‐CUL4 associated factor 1 (DCAF1), thereby antagonizing DCAF1‐mediated ubiquitination of Nucleophosmin (NPM1). This stabilization of NPM1 enhances the ribosome biogenesis process and the translation of specific gemcitabine‐resistance proteins, ultimately driving ...

Temporal Stretch‐Induced Nuclear Mechanosensing Coordinates Early Chromatin Accessibility and Genome Protection

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Cyclic stretching of fibroblasts triggers coordinated nuclear mechanosensing events, including calcium ion release, perinuclear actin assembly, emerin translocation, and H3K9me3 loss, increasing chromatin accessibility for specific genes related to mechanotransduction and repair.

A Multifunctional Molecular Probe for Multimodal Imaging‐Guided Potent Photothermal/Photodynamic Therapy of Endometriosis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The cRGD‐ILD molecular probe integrates clinically available components: a cRGD peptide (integrin αvβ3 targeting), ICG (for fluorescence/photoacoustic imaging and phototherapy), and Gd‐DTPA (MRI contrast). Utilizing small size and receptor targeting, it achieves selective lesion accumulation.

Mild Photothermal Bimetallic Mesoporous Nanozyme Triggers Immunogenic Cell Death and Immune Contexture Remodeling for Precision Hepatocellular Carcinoma Treatment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In this study, a Pt/Co BNzyme with peroxidase/GPx‐like activity is developed, increasing oxidative stress by generating ROS and depleting GSH to induce ICD. The mild PTT effect enhanced its enzymatic activity. The Pt/Co BNzyme remodeled the TME, promoting DC maturation.
