Uranium Doped Gallium Nitride Epitaxial Thin Films
Uranium was controllably added to gallium nitride using molecular beam epitaxy. The uranium atoms segregated into vertically oriented regions with higher doping levels. Rare‐Earth Yttrium Doping Advances High‐Performance AgSbTe2 Thermoelectrics

The borate‐based cobalt‐iron catalyst promotes selective oxidation of water rather than chlorine evolution reaction during electrolysis of seawater.
