Hierarchical Multi‐Mode Computing in Interlayer‐Coupled 3D RRAM Crossbar Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
2‐deck RRAM crossbar array provides a versatile hardware platform for multifunctional in‐memory computing. Stacked, series, and entropy node configurations enable multi‐layer conductance modulation, logic‐in‐memory operation, genetic learning, and reconfigurable physical unclonable functions.

Wake‐Up and Fatigue under Electrical Cycling in HfO2‐Based Ferroelectrics: Mechanisms and Strategies toward Reliable Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HfO2‐based ferroelectrics exhibit wake‐up and fatigue behaviors during electrical cycling, significantly affecting device endurance and reliability. These phenomena are governed by defect dynamics, including oxygen vacancy redistribution and charge trapping.

A Geospatial Linkage Analysis of Environmental Exposures, Socioeconomic Profile and Health Outcomes Among Women of Reproductive Age in Victoria, Australia. [PDF]

open access: yesHealth Promot J Austr
ABSTRACT Issue Addressed Non‐communicable disorders (NCDs) in women of reproductive age (WRA) shape maternal and intergenerational outcomes, yet their area‐level socio‐environmental drivers remain unclear. We examined correlations between socio‐environmental factors and NCDs in WRA.

Thermal Control of Concentric Topographies Patterned by Dynamic Electro‐Templated Generated Chiral Solitonic Structures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An electro‐templating strategy directs the relaxation of cholesteric finger loops into discrete concentric rings whose geometry is electrically programmed. The photopolymerized structures retain the topological defect pattern and, upon heating, show reversible, castle‐like surface modulation.

Covalently Linked Peptides and Membrane Potential Enable CyaA Segment Translocation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Using a newly developed Droplet Interface Bilayer‐Pipette assay, the authors show that two segments of the CyaA toxin cross membranes by distinct mechanisms. One segment translocates spontaneously, whereas the translocation of the other depends on membrane potential.

Magnetic Water Cleaning of Estrogens via Tight yet Dynamic Binding to Nanoparticles

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Micropollution is one of the big challenges humanity faces with estrogen hormones being emerging pollutants of concern. Here, a supramolecular design strategy is presented that generates a simple nano‐adsorbent material to magnetically remove low‐concentrated estrogens from water.

An Unbiased Geometry‐Resolved Membrane Platform for Proteome‐Scale Discovery of Membrane Curvature Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel geometry‐resolved membrane platform provides a seamlessly integrated pipeline for studying curvature‐sensing proteins. By linking shotgun proteomics with quantitative imaging, this approach enables both the unbiased discovery and rigorous validation of novel sensors across the entire curvature range—positive, negative, and zero.

Assessing Total and Tropospheric Ozone via IKFS-2 Infrared Measurements on Meteor-M No. 2

open access: yesAtmosphere
Stratospheric ozone shields life on Earth from harmful ultraviolet radiation and plays a crucial role in climate formation, while tropospheric ozone is a pollutant and greenhouse gas.

Study on Diphenylamine Oxidation by Ozone Using Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization Mass Spectrometry. [PDF]

open access: yesRapid Commun Mass Spectrom
ABSTRACT Rationale Diphenylamine (DPAH) derivatives, widely used as antioxidants, interact with oxygen molecules (or ozone) to form radicals at the amine group. Although the antioxidation mechanism involves radical processes, separating these radicals using chromatography is challenging. Methods Rapid oxidation of DPAH was achieved through ozonation in
