Toxic Gas Sensors and Biosensors
2020Increase in human populations, massive industrialization, excess use of automobiles, unsatisfied human nature, and extreme energy requirements for both domestic and commercial life are the main causes of pollution. As a result, toxic effluents and gases such as carbon monoxides, hydrogen sulfide, and nitrogen dioxides are released. Treatment plants for

Toxic gas tests in perspective
Fire and Materials, 1982AbstractA study of the 1979 UK fire statistics and the Annual Report of the Office of Population Censuses and Surveys shows that only 1 death per 1000 is attributable to toxic gases from combustion. However, of the ‘deaths by violence’ it rises to 30 (3%).

WEARABLE FIRE & TOXIC GAS DETECTOR
ABSTRACT Safety plays a major role in today’s world and it is necessary that good safety systems are to be implemented in places of education and work. This work modifies the existing safety model installed in industries and this system also be used in homes and offices. The main objective of the work Is designing microcontroller based toxic gas ...M. [Sewer gas induced myocardial toxicity].
Harefuah, 2014We report the case of a 19 year-old worker who collapsed after acute exposure to sewer gas. He rapidly developed cardiorespiratory failure with electrocardiographic, echocardiographic and laboratory findings of myocardial involvement. The mainstay of the therapy was mainly supportive treatment with a successful outcome.

AbstractThe fatal crash of a private plane led to a lawsuit brought by the insurer against the manufacturer of the aircraft's engine. Investigators found no evidence of engine malfunction, so the insurer tried to place blame for the crash on the theory that the pilot was overcome by trimethylol propane phosphate (TMPP) gases leaking into the cockpit ...
