Similarity of multiple dose-response curves in interlaboratory studies in regulatory toxicology [PDF]
To claim similarity of multiple dose-response curves in interlaboratory studies in regulatory toxicology is a relevant issue during the assay validation process. Here we demonstrated the use of dose-by-laboratory interaction contrasts, particularly Williams-type by total mean contrasts.

Statistical evaluation of in-vivo bioassays in regulatory toxicology considering males and females [PDF]
The separate evaluation for males and females is the recent standard in in-vivo toxicology for dose or treatment effects using Dunnett tests. The alternative pre-test for sex-by-treatment interaction is problematic. Here a joint test is proposed considering the two sex-specific and the pooled Dunnett-type comparisons.

Microplastics and Their Impact on Reproduction—Can we Learn From the C. elegans Model?
Biologically active environmental pollutants have significant impact on ecosystems, wildlife, and human health. Microplastic (MP) and nanoplastic (NP) particles are pollutants that are present in the terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems at virtually every ...
