症例は45才の男性.好酸球増加, IgEの上昇を認め,免疫電気泳動法による検索にて,猫回虫による内臓幼虫移行症と診断した.超音波検査,腹部CT検査で,肝に,多発性の小結節性低エコー域,低吸収域を認めた.肝の生検にて,これらの所見に一致すると思われる肉芽腫病変が得られた.肝に形成された肉芽腫を,画像診断で捉え,組織像で確認し得た症例はみられない.これらの所見は,本症の診断上,重要であると考えられた.
