Trauma toys: an adjunct to taking a history

Taking a good history is crucial in understanding a patient's condition. In the case of trauma, defining the mechanism of injury can reveal the possible pathologies and guide investigations and treatment. We describe here a simple method to enable patients to describe their mechanism of injury in the case of road traffic collisions.
