Comprehensive analysis and functional validation of key genes in bladder cancer progression
VIEW, EarlyView.Bladder cancer is highly diverse between patients, making it difficult to accurately predict who will have aggressive disease and poor outcomes. In this study, we integrated single‐cell RNA sequencing with clinical survival data to identify a simple three‐gene signature (FAM3B, C10orf99, and VMP1) that stratifies patients into high‐ and low‐risk groups.
