Table1_TPD52L2 Is a Prognostic Biomarker and Correlated With Immune Infiltration in Lung Adenocarcinoma.XLSX

open access: yes, 2021
Tumor protein D52-like 2 (TPD52L2) belongs to the members of the TPD52 family. TPD52L2 was reported to regulate proliferation and apoptosis in cancer cells. However, its role in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) was uncertain.

A gene network of uterine luminal epithelium organizes mouse blastocyst implantation

open access: yesReproductive Medicine and Biology, Volume 21, Issue 1, January/December 2022., 2022
Abstract Purpose The receptive endometrium is critical for blastocyst implantation. In mice, after blastocysts enter the uterine cavities on day 4 of pregnancy (day 1 = vaginal plug), blastocyst attachment is completed within 24 h, accompanied by dynamic interactions between the uterine luminal epithelium and the blastocysts.

Image_3_TPD52L2 as a potential prognostic and immunotherapy biomarker in clear cell renal cell carcinoma.tif

open access: yes, 2023
BackgroundTumor Protein D52-Like 2 (TPD52L2) is a tumor-associated protein that participates in B-cell differentiation. However, the role of TPD52L2 in the pathological process of clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC) is unclear.MethodsMultiple omics ...

Tumor protein D54 defines a new class of intracellular transport vesicles [PDF]

open access: yes, 2019
Transport of proteins and lipids from one membrane compartment to another is via intracellular vesicles. We investigated the function of tumor protein D54 (TPD54/TPD52L2) and found that TPD54 was involved in multiple membrane trafficking pathways ...

Proteomic Analysis of Extracellular Vesicles Identifies CDCP1 as Critical Metastasis‐Related Glycoprotein in Lung Cancer

open access: yesJournal of Extracellular Vesicles, Volume 14, Issue 7, July 2025.
Abstract Lung cancer is the most prevalent malignancy worldwide, with the majority of fatalities attributed to metastasis. Recent studies have demonstrated the pivotal role of extracellular vesicles (EVs) and glycoproteins in tumor progression. In this study, we compared the glycoproteome of EVs from 95C (low metastatic) and 95D (high metastatic) lung ...

New insights into the mechanisms of childhood food allergies

open access: yesPediatric Allergy and Immunology, Volume 36, Issue 4, April 2025.
Abstract IgE‐mediated food allergies are common and can be life‐threatening, especially for children. With increasingly rapid advances in immunological technologies, including the ability to profile highly complex immune features from small sample volumes, our understanding of the immune mechanisms that underpin the development of food allergies ...

Time‐Lapse Acquisition of Both Freely Secreted Proteome and Exosome Encapsulated Proteome in Live Organoids’ Microenvironment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 2, January 13, 2025.
Proteomic communications in neighboring microenvironments during early organ development is a dynamic process continuously reshaping hESCs developmental fate. Such dynamic proteomic alteration consists of freely secreted proteome and exosome‐encapsulated proteome.
