Complications and Results after Trabeculotomy
2015This paper reports the complications and results after 80 trabeculotomies for open angle glaucoma, which were performed between 1971 and 1975 at the University Eye Clinic in Marburg. The longest follow-up period was between 1.5 and 2.0 years. Intraoperative complications included anterior chamber bleeding, synechias, and mild cataracts.

Ceska a slovenska oftalmologie : casopis Ceske oftalmologicke spolecnosti a Slovenske oftalmologicke spolecnosti, 1995The author presents the results of ND: YAG trabeculotomy on 10 eyes with open-angle glaucoma. The surgery has been carried out as last treatment before trabeculectomy. The mean intraocular pressure (IOP) before laser surgery was 35 +/- 5.2 mm Hg. The IOP decrease below 22.0 mm Hg has been achieved in 50% of eyes.
