Effects of Intubation Duration on Trachea: A Histopathological Study

open access: yesThe Laryngoscope, EarlyView.
This study evaluated the histopathological effects of prolonged endotracheal intubation on the human trachea using biopsy specimens obtained during tracheotomy.
