Abstract Tracheomalacia is a structural abnormality of the trachea, characterized by collapse of the wall resulting in airway obstruction. This is most pronounced during forced expiration which occurs with crying or coughing. This chapter considers the aetiology, clinical presentation, and diagnosis of tracheomalacia.
